Assignment of rights, registration and payment of stock MCG

1. Transferable share purchase rights MCG

 

Existing shareholders (not custody) shall transfer the right to buy shares from 24/09/2010 to MCG on 19/10/2010 as follows:

 

Step 1: Complete and accurate information on the certificate of transfer and transferred the rights to buy shares MCG (form) and submitted to the Office of the BOD.

 

2. Register and pay money to buy shares

 

Step 2: To register and pay the money to buy shares as per item 2 of this Notice.

 

Board office to notify the assignor and the assignee after the Chairman or the person authorized to have the certification.

 

Step 1: Register stock: Complete and accurate information on the purchase of securities registration certificate (form) and submitted to the Office of the BOD.
